International Women's Day is a global celebration that honors the achievements and contributions of women throughout history and around the world. It's also a day to raise awareness about gender equality, focusing on creating a world where all individuals, regardless of gender, have equal opportunities and rights.

In the software development industry, gender equality is an ongoing issue. Women are still underrepresented in tech, but we’re seeing more initiatives and movements encouraging women to join, grow, and lead in this field. As a male developer, I am proud to contribute to the change and support other women who are breaking barriers in this amazing industry.
